About Quick Timetable

Quick Timetable is a Smart Timetable Management System (STMS) designed to simplify one of the most challenging and time-consuming academic administrative tasks — timetable planning and scheduling. It is built specifically for schools, colleges, institutes and universities, keeping in mind the practical requirements of timetable coordinators, Heads of Departments and academic administrators.

Built from Real Academic Administration Experience

During my years of academic and administrative leadership, I observed that timetable preparation is not simply a beginning-of-session activity. Timetable-related discussions and adjustments continue throughout the academic year. Educational institutions have multiple courses, classes, sections, subjects, faculty members, assigned classrooms and practical/activity resources. At the same time, administrators must consider faculty workload, subject distribution, merged classes, faculty availability, continuous lectures, practical periods, practical-resource availability, lunch breaks and many other scheduling constraints. Even a small change can sometimes create conflicts across several classes and faculty schedules.

This made me think: There should be a simpler and more systematic solution to academic timetable planning. That idea became the foundation of Quick Timetable.

From an Academic Problem to a Practical Solution

Quick Timetable was developed to transform a complicated scheduling process into a clear, step-by-step workflow.

Instead of repeatedly managing large spreadsheets or manually checking multiple schedules, the user enters the required academic information into the system and Quick Timetable uses that information to help generate a structured timetable.

The objective is simple:

Enter your academic data → define your requirements → generate your timetable.

From relatively simple class schedules to more complex institutional timetables involving multiple courses, sections, faculty members and rooms, Quick Timetable is designed to make the process easier to manage.

Built for real timetable constraints

Quick Timetable is designed around the actual requirements encountered while preparing institutional timetables, including subject workload, Lecture, Tutorial and Practical distribution, faculty workload, faculty preferences, continuous lecture requirements, minimum gaps between lectures, merged classes or sections, room allocation and scheduling constraints.

The aim is not merely to create a timetable, but to provide administrators with greater control over how the timetable is created.

Simple workflow, stronger control

The system follows a simple software-style, step-by-step workflow so that timetable coordinators can enter and review their information without depending on complicated spreadsheet templates.

The focus is on:

Simple data entry · Clear faculty workload · Flexible scheduling · Conflict reduction · Practical timetable output

Generated timetables and summaries can then be reviewed, printed or saved as PDF for regular academic use.

Our Vision

Our vision is to make Quick Timetable a practical and accessible timetable planning platform for educational institutions.

The goal is to continue improving the system based on real academic scheduling challenges and make timetable preparationsimpler, faster and more manageable — from simple schedules to complex institutional timetables
